St.Luciaweek.com has learnt that St.Jude's hospital went up in flames a few hours ago. The enitre surgical and recovery wards were burnt totally said an eye witness. Fire officals in St.Lucia will not confirmed that several persons died in the flames, but many St.lucians are worried about their family memebers, who were at the hospital at the time of the blaze. School will remain close today in the south of the island, said radio announcer  Sam "juke bios" Flood on hotfm.

Sam flood went on to say that the Vieux Fort secondary school will be closed because the patients have been housed at the school.
